Panel: cactus

Published at www.artdekor.blogspot.com on 26.02.2011

Panel with cactus, brought from the trip. When I saw this dried  piece I unsettled, and got into the spines to peak it off.

Not for nothing my butt was scratched by spikes :) now I have a beautiful panel on my wall!

And this is the plant from which I tore off a piece for the panel. I took it already dried, so that the plant is not much affected.

You must be heard about the decorating trend: the aging by  cracks creating.

At the master class you will work with the unusual approach to the craquelure technique:cracking of the fresh painted picture.

To create a beautiful work it's not necessarily know how to draw!  The received knowledge can be successfully used for furniture decoration!

This is a panel I started a long time ago. When I made it in the master class of Leticia Barbieri, originally it carried the idea of a big city. New York with its tall buildings. But I guess the idea at the time I couldn't implement... SoI decided to use an intricate texture of the "city"  as a background for ... an Umbelliferae plant :)))) just finished it :)
