My master-class on TV "Novyy canal"

The camera crew of "Novyy Chanel" visited my workshop for kids, the result is at http://www.novy.tv/video/3/24/6354.html

We used decoupage cards on rice paper, decorated pictures with bulk contours, decorative elements (crystals), and mosaics.

Kids were very happy!

a jour vase

Thanks to volume transparent ornament on the glass I could create  airy and a jour vase.

Cereals on glass

Previously I experimented with glass and cereals. It was really hard to combine these materials, because of PVA glue cereals swelled and loosed the shape. When I used varnishes on solvent base - I had another problem: they dissolved PVA and had a horrible smell, went yellow and cereals unglued from glass.

Currently I organize master classes how to decorate glass surfaces by cereals and dried flowers. All my apprentices enjoy much these classes :)

That all due to I found very good and appropriate decoupage glue!

My first artworks with glass paints

Here they are: my art-works, which involved me into the world of glass paintings!


When creating them I didn't know about existance of professional glass paints, so used kids paints :)

Nevertheless, these paints give even more opportunities for working on complex vertical surfaces.

I felt bored using only glass paints, so I began to think of what materials should I combine with glass paints... SOLVED! Only with dried flowers :)
